We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to KY
We cannot accept orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. at this time. We also do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
Free Shipping on all ground shipments. Expedited and signature required options are also available at checkout.
Q: What shipping method do you use for Flat Rate?
Our system automatically chooses a method which will be delivered faster to customers. Usually it is USPS Priority or FedEx.
Q: How will the orders be shipped if expedited service chosen?
If you choose expedited 2 day service at checkout, shipping carriers do not count a pickup day as a business day, delivery will be made on the 3th business day for 2 day Service and on the 4th business day for 3 day expedited service. These delivery dates exclude Saturday delivery. Please note: 2 and 3 days expedited shipping include delivery confirmation fees.
Q: Do we need to purchase $8,99 signature confirmation at checkout?
You do not have to purchase $8,99 signature delivery at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages if signature is not purchased. Expedited UPS shipping option already includes signature on delivery.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders for in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business day. Most orders ship out the next business day. You should receive your items within 3 - 7 business days depending on the destination address. We will email you a Shipment Confirmation which will include a tracking number so that you may track your package. Orders with different Bill To and Ship To addresses may be delayed for verification purposes.

Q: Will i receive two items as shown on the pictures?
Our images show the picture of the original boxes and items outside of the original boxes. This is for the informational purposes only. Only one item will be received.
Q: What is a Wishlist?
The Wishlist is a way for you to save items you are interested in, without having to purchase them immediately. When you return to our website and log in, your wish list items are available to you without having to search for them again. Items will remain in your Wishlist until you remove them or add them to your shopping cart.

Q: What if I want to return my item(s)?
All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase of the merchandise. We have to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items so we can file a claim with a shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box and has to be packaged exactly as manufacturer packed it. Please note: do not fix or glue little parts without our authorization. We will not accept any item back if it was glued or comes back to us without an original box. If items are shipped to shipping carriers in the USA and the shipping carrier then ships the items to customers in other countries, we will not be responsible for any damages to the items.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where TwoClick.Store has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Members must contact TwoClick.Store to obtain a return label. Once the item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. TwoClick.Store must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of delivery.
